A woman from Bocaue, Bulacan has reportedly been arested by barangay officials. She then allegedly use the money she received from the government to repair her hair or "rebonding".
According to the post of Bocaue Bulacan Counselor Rico Navarro, they noticed the woman walking home from a salon around 9:30PM.

Incidentally, a curfew is currently being implemented in the area which has led to the arrest of the woman.
The woman later admitted that she had used her SAP. According to her, it costs Php 6500 to fix her hair.
